Created for our themed biennial Bead Festivals, our design packs are intended to inspire you to take your first steps into design.

Inspiration from India

- Beaded Bead with optional paddle fringes, by Sylvia Fairhurst. The same source design can also be used to make a cuff - both patterns included.
- Small tassel from the Swat Valley by Elizabeth Andrews. The technique also makes a gorgeous necklace.
- Chevron braid with branched tassel fringe by Liz Thornton.
Several additional stylised charted design panels of various sizes, which can be used as they are, or can be made into bags, wall hangings, bracelets or whatever your imagination suggests to you:
3-bead Netting charts x 20 including:
- Geometric
- Animals - birds, cattle & elephants
- People
Instructions for 3-bead Netting completes the contents.

Instructions for St Petersburgh chain and circle, Herringbone, Square and Peyote stitch are included.

Peyote stitch x 5 - may be converted to Brick stitch.
Square stitch x 12- charts with an even number of beads may be stitched in Herringbone.
Herringbone x 1 - charts may be stitched in Square stitch.
The charts may be used as they are, or can be made into bags, wall hangings, bracelets or whatever your imagination suggests to you.
